Surprising Entry of Dwayne Johnson in Black Adam (upcoming movie of DC)

"My imagination foresees the future. You have two options: either be the world's destroyer or the world's saviour." The first official trailer for Black Adam, a Shazam spin-off focusing on the origins of DC Comics' anti-hero, has been released by Warner Bros. Dwayne Johnson plays Black Adam, a Kahndaq anti-hero who was imprisoned for 5,000 years after gaining God-like abilities. He will become the superhero Shazam's archenemy, and he will inherit his abilities from the ancient wizard of the same name.

Other DC characters, such as the Justice Society of America (JSA), make appearances in the film. The cast includes Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher, Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, Sarah Shahi, Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone, Pierce Brosnan as Doctor Fate, Marwan Kenzari, and Bodhi Sabongui as Marwan Kenzari and Bodhi Sabongui as Marwan Kenzari and Bodhi Sabongui as Marwan Kenzari and Bodhi Sabongui as Marwan Kenzari and Bo I have to say, this is looking really badass thus far. This time, I'm happy to see Dwayne Johnson playing an anti-hero rather than a cuddly softie. In terms of the rest, it looks like every other modern superhero film, with a huge buff male being hunted by everyone who doesn't like him. It's well worth a look.

The character was created by Otto Binder and C. C. Beck and is one of Shazam's archenemies and the Shazam Family's enemy. He's portrayed as a tainted antihero trying to clear his name and reclaim his honour. Black Adam (Johnson) is released from his earthly tomb nearly 5,000 years after he was granted with the almighty powers of the ancient gods—and imprisoned just as quickly—ready to inflict his unique kind of justice on the modern world.

House of Wax, Goal II: Living the Dream, Orphan, Unknown, Non-Stop, Run All Night, The Shallows, The Commuter, and Disney's Jungle Cruise are among the films directed by Catalan filmmaker Jaume Collet-Serra. Adam Sztykiel and Rory Haines & Sohrab Noshirvani wrote the script, while Adam Sztykiel and Rory Haines & Sohrab Noshirvani wrote the film plot, which is based on the comic book and character developed by C.C. Beck and Otto Binder. Beau Flynn and Hiram Garcia produced the film, with Dwayne Johnson serving as executive producer. Collet-Black Serra's Adam is set to premiere exclusively in theatres on October 21st, 2022, according to WB. What are your views on the subject?

Captain America: Civil War was the best Captain America movie!

Captain America: Civil War was the third biggest hit of the year 2016 and rightly so, as it was truly a great Marvel movie. You can detect the film plumbing the historical roots of its own set of experiences with a 1991-set opening flashback, in which James "Bucky" Buchanan ( Sebastian Stan) is sprung from cryogenic profound freeze by Russian warriors, who continue to enact the cutthroat, metal-outfitted killing machine prowling inside known as the Winter Soldier.

Back in the current day, Bucky's old pal Steve Rogers (Chris Evans), otherwise known as Captain America, ends up on a standard mission in Lagos with his group, which incorporates the furious Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), the supernaturally gifted Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen), and the high-flying Sam Wilson/Falcon (Anthony Mackie). But the following fight has unfortunately unanticipated results, and the U.S. secretary of state (William Hurt), tired of the red hot path of fatalities and mass annihilation the Avengers have abandoned them and urges them to consent to the Sokovia Accords, which will put them under the purview of the United Nations. This drives a wedge between Cap’s team and Tony Stark’s alliances including Rhodes, Vision as he believes the Avengers must put in because of the atrocities that occur on the civilians during their fights. He feels guilty for the deaths and loss of citizens which were a result of their fight with Ultron in Sokovia. But Steve believes their right to choose will be taken away if they consent to the Sokovia Accords and disagrees to sign.

The villain this time was not an alien looking for world destruction nor a Demi God bringing his army to take over Earth, this time it was a man who lost everything because of the Avengers and wanted revenge. Helmut Zemo a kill squad member, blames the Avengers for his family’s death because of the destruction in Sokovia. He manages to turn the Avengers against one another by framing Bucky for the murder of King T’Chaka of Wakanda. US Government wants Bucky arrested but T’Chala (Black Panther) wants to avenge his father by killing the Winter Soldier. This introduced the Black Panther in the MCU which was a big surprise for the fans.

The secretary sends Tony and his team to capture Steve and Bucky as they both have escaped because Rogers believed Bucky was framed and wants to find out the truth. The two super heroes fight against each other along with their teams which introduced Tom Holland as the new Spider-Man. The airport fight scene was highly appreciated by the MCU fans as they got to see their favorite heroes go at it against each other.

Zemo reveals how Bucky was sent to kill Tony’s parents by HYDRA. This enrages Iron Man and he attacks Bucky while Captain America tries to stop him and tries to convince him that Bucky was not in control of his mind. The two Avengers fight each other but in the end, Captain manages to subdue Tony and breaks his arc reactor to turn off his suit.

This movie provided a dark touch to the traditional Avengers storyline and was highly appreciated by the fans for its action sequences and twists.

Enola Holmes

The slogan "the game is afoot" is associated with the fictitious persona Sherlock Holmes. For years, Sherlock Holmes has been a legendary literary figure, transcending the written page to appear in various genres and dimensions. With the debut of Enola Holmes, based on Nancy Springer's first novel in the same name series, Netflix and filmmaker Harry Bradbeer introduce a new rendition of the Holmes story.

Eudoria has fostered Enola Holmes, teaching her independence and knowledge in order to help her become a powerful force in the society. Her secluded upbringing with her mother, however, dwindles in comparison to the attempts of her brothers, Sherlock, and federal official, Mycroft. Mycroft, as her custodial parent, wishes to send Enola at a finishing school in order to mould her into a respectable lady. Enola, on the other hand, has a better strategy, fleeing to London to track down Eudoria using the clues she left. The Lord Tewksbury, an independent young fellow on the run with family troubles, distracts her on her expedition, giving Enola somebody to defend while she becomes enmeshed in enigma, curiosity, and political instability.

I've seen several variations and versions. Truth be told, Sherlock Holmes' very essence is a blend of goofiness and cunning, and it's something that a persona is always interesting seeing about. This naturally takes me back around to discussing Enola Holmes. While the movie is created with a meticulousness in the lines of many of the Sherlock Holmes storylines, Enola Holmes merely appears to strive to separate itself, even with Millie Bobby Brown's outstanding work. What is given is fine, however it is not novel.

Harry Bradbeer directs Enola Holmes. As he transforms Enola into a type of "next generation" frame work, Bradbeer appears to catch the essence of the Sherlock Holmes mythos, giving the film a heightened feeling of mystery and super sleuthing. Sure, Sherlock and Mycroft are present, but centring the plot on their sister seems more interesting, as well as relating to the contemporary trend of key female major cast being free and resilient women. Furthermore, much like numerous other films, Bradbeer employs the "fourth wall breach" in Enola Holmes, with Enola interpreting the movie and communicating straight to us, and, while not entirely novel, it is rather hilarious to see utilized.

Enola Holmes looks fantastic, displaying a dramatic perspective on Eighteenth Century England with historical drama subtleties. From aristocratic estates in the rural to the outskirts of London, the movie's backdrop design and locales are strong all across range and feel dramatically fitting to the film's context in "masterpiece-esque" features. Speaking of graphics, the film's designer does an excellent work of creating some sleek frames to help the film stand out. Finally, the movie's soundtrack complements it well, harmonising its musical composition with many of the feature's visual sequences, whether action or character interaction.

Enola Holmes' ensemble includes known faces, and the bigger secondary characters’ assist enhance the film by contributing their dramatic heft to the narrative. Obviously, I'm referring to the roles of Sherlock and Mycroft Holmes, who are portrayed in the film by Henry Cavill and Sam Claflin, respectively. Despite their literary fame, both of these characters are quite uninteresting in the film. Surprisingly, the character who fared the best has the least amount of screen time, with actress Helena Bonham Carter playing Eudoria Holmes, the mother of the three Holmes brothers. Carter outshines them and creates a more lasting imprint on the role, which is unfortunate for Sherlock and Mycroft enthusiasts everywhere.

A new spin on an old masterpiece starts when Sherlock's sister uses her extraordinary detective abilities to unravel a case in the film. Enola Holmes makes an intriguing foray into the Sherlock Holmes mythology. While the outfits and cast are well-executed, as is the ambition to produce anything fresh, the film seems like the usual old investigator Holmes work from past efforts, bringing no particularly innovative or original to the current story of Sherlock Holmes literature. Overall, I felt this film was passable. It kept my interest and was fine, but I don't think it's as remarkable as many reviewers make it seem.

Two and a Half Men

Two and a Half Men was an American comedy sitcom which aired from 2003 to 2015 and was one of the most successful shows in the world. It was the most watched comedy show in the US for six straight years from it 2nd to 8th season. The cast includes Charlie Sheen (Charlie Harper), Jon Cryer (Alan Harper) and Angus T.Jones (Jake Harper) as the main characters with multiple recurring characters including Berta, Evelyn Harper, Judith, Rose, Herb etc.

The show offered an odd pairing of two brothers (Charlie and Alan) and Alan’s son Jake, this was a relatively fresh offering for the viewers and hence, the title Two and a Half men was fittingly chosen. The story begins when Alan comes to Charlie’s house after his wife (Judith) kicks him out, he brings Jake with him and asks Charlie for a place to stay. Charlie leads a playboy lifestyle with plenty of women around, gambling and lives on his own will. As a single man, living in a Malibu beach house he has plenty of room for his brother and nephew and allows them to live with him but soon realizes, Alan isn’t moving back with his wife any time soon and his life is going to be impacted by them both.

Charlie and Cryer have amazing chemistry and comedic chops as together they deliver those punch lines so effortlessly, which makes the viewers laugh out every time. All the recurring actors have aced their roles specially Herb (Ryan Stiles) and Berta (Conchata Ferrell) because both these actors have given a marvelous comic performance. But the highlight of the show is definitely Jon Cryer as Charlie is basically playing himself as his character is very similar to his real life. But Cryer is the one to watch with his straight face comedy and hilarious expressions, one cannot help but laugh his heart out.

What made the show such a success was a mixture of great acting, script writing and the addition of old and new characters which kept the show alive for 12 seasons. It is still as funny as it was when you watch it for the first time so, it can always be a go-to option for comedy lovers. As for those who haven’t watched it yet, you are in for a treat as this show will entertain you to the core!

Jumanji: Welcome to The Jungle

"Jumanji: a game for people who seek to find, a way to leave their world behind." For various reasons, four separate high school students, geeky gamer Spencer Glipin, football jock Anthony "Fridge" Johnson, self-absorbed popular girl Bethany Walker, and quiet bookworm Martha Kalpy, find themselves serving detention together. The four adolescents discover a bizarre old video game called Jumanji while cleaning out a storage room. Spencer and Fridge are fascinated by it and manage to persuade Bethany and Martha to take a break from their heinous work and play the game with them. The four students are suddenly dragged into the realm once they have all chosen their gaming avatars.

When the students arrived in Jumanji's universe, they discovered that they had turned into their selected identities, with Spencer being Dr. Smolder Bravestone, Fridge becoming Franklin "Moose" Finbar, Martha becoming Ruby Roundhouse, and Bethany becoming Professor Sheldon "Shelly" Oberon. They quickly realised that each had distinct powers with their own skills and limitations, as well as an awareness of the rules of being in a game. With no other option and all their flaws, this quartet gang is compelled to cooperate along to complete a goal by eliminating the spell that the villain John Hardin Van Pelt has placed on the realm of Jumanji.

Jake Kasdan directed Welcome to the Jungle. Surprisingly, Kasdan offers this movie to a younger audience, altering the notion of playing the Jumanji game on a video game system from the 1990s rather than a board game. This involves taking a novel approach to trying to play "the game," bringing us to Jumanji's universe and providing a traditional video game style. Furthermore, Kasdan makes the picture light and kid-friendly for the most part, making the experience of the four detained high students stuck within a video game somewhat amusing for the young demographic, which retains the movie's categorization PG-13.

Kasdan also maintains the story going at a quick pace, making the movie's length fly by. This implies that Welcome to the Jungle is a continual onslaught of humor, puns, and fight scenes, which resonates to the young demographic of its audience while also keeping it a light and fairly pleasant film to view.

In regards of cinematic style, Welcome to the Jungle shines brightly, maintaining up with market criteria for a 2017 picture through the use of vfx and production design. As a result, specific creative personnel should be recognized for their contributions to this venture. The movie's soundtrack is particularly noteworthy, providing some thrilling times throughout the movie, contributing to the action/dramatic scenes.

The action of Jumanji went unnoticed for two years, but the game always figures out a method, entangling a young group of enthusiastic "players" in the movie Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle. The film, directed by Jake Kasdan, introduces a new generation of moviegoers to the cinematic world of adventure and peril, giving the traditional board game a fresh visual appearance. While the movie lacks the overall excitement and dramatic/ emotional moments that made the previous picture memorable, the film's presentation is entertaining, and the four major actors provide enough chuckles and entertainment value to recommend it.

Personally, I think this film ranged from quite decent to great. It had a few flaws and didn't surpass the previous picture, but it was quite gratifying due to the connection between the four characters. As a result, I would conclude that this picture is both an advised and a must-see for people of all ages. In the end, the film is a modest sequel to a 1990s classic that lacks psychological content but excels in its adventure component. Jumanji, like video games, has evolved to meet the needs of a new generation of viewers. It's up to the player if that's a better match for a current audience or just staying with the old-school nostalgia of the original movie.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is the series’ most confident and comfortable translation from printed page to big screen, showcasing the most competent and relaxed directing of the big screen saga. Even after the sequence has concluded, the third film is likely the most visually appealing. The movie's set design is outstanding. Many of the themes had been hinted at in the prior two films, but Prisoner of Azkaban provides the most definite view on what a Harry Potter picture should look like. There's a weird mix of current CGI techniques and vintage aesthetic embellishments at work here.

I believe the movie tries its best to reflect the distinct Britishness of all this magic herein. Despite the actors and locale, there's something distinctly British about the whole thing, whether it's the almost Python-sequel humour of an inflated aunt or the whole concept of the "night bus." Even if the film is still relatively bright and happy, one can sense the evil creeping into the series. There is a slew of spooky and eerie structures at work here, such as the creepy playground where Harry stands for the bus. It never tries to overpower the picture, but it is undeniably present.

There's a lot of ingenuity on display here, as well as an intentional shift away from pseudo-realism and toward a more deliberately stylized manner. Consider the few moments that pass between the instant Harry senses he's been grasped and the moment he's whirled around the enormous swinging tree. Indeed, I believe that Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is a film that excels more in the minor details than in the big ones. It nearly functions more as a compilation of events and concepts than as a cohesive narrative.

You'll note that I'm not specifically discussing the screenplay. This is due to the fact that this instalment is quite light on the ground. Despite the fact that the narrative is rather minor, the film lasts for over two hours. That said, I admire how the tale successfully takes a break from the "Voldemort" mega-plot that runs throughout the series. As a result, the plot allows for a more intimate emphasis on Harry himself, with a very clear narrative journey in line and several revelations about his own background to be discovered.

But at the other side, the film uses its relatively long running time to give its actors chance to expand and mature. David Thewlis, who plays Professor Lupin and teaches Defense Against the Dark Arts, is one of the series' better cast performers. The enigma surrounding the guy is quite simple, but I appreciate how well-structured the film is. And, to be fair, given the film's structural flaws, it contains some touching dramatic moments. There's a great scene near the end of the film, for example, where Harry is almost sure that his father is still living.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban isn't the finest in the franchise, but it's one of the better ones, and maybe the nicest and performed. It's clever and a touch humorous, with some simply stunning set design.

Top Gun: Maverick becomes Tom Cruise's highest opening movie!

“I feel the need, the need for speed” this line sure does bring back memories. Top Gun the classic movie, came out in 1986 and has since gained a cult status among the masses. The sequel was announced in 2020 after 34 years since the first one was released and fans were excited as hell as its one of Tom Cruise’s most famous movies.

The movie proved to be the superstar’s highest weekend opener with collections of $160.5 million and also became his first movie to cross $100 million in the first four days. The movie continues its run, formally passing $400 million at the box office and surpassing the other enormous blockbuster of the year, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness making it the highest grossing film of 2022.

With Mission Impossible: Fallout being the biggest movie in the 40-year career of Cruise, which collected $791 million in its lifetime. It seems that the sequel to the 1986 classic may just overtake the sixth Mission Impossible installment, as the current collections sit at $788 million. Ticket sales are going strong even in its third week and no big threats are expected soon as Marvel’s Thor: Love and Thunder is slated to be released on 7th July. This gives Top Gun: Maverick an additional 3 weeks to rake in the big numbers at the box office and end its run with staggering collections.

Sequels are always risky as people have higher expectations from the previous movie, but not in this case as the movie proved to meet the audience’s expectations and some might even suggest it was better than the first one. As a genuine movie lover and maker, Tom Cruise made sure he delivered the very best for his fans all around the world!

Thor Love and Thunder : The Amazing Trailer

We put our faith in God!" Let's get started! Thor: Love and Thunder, the next big Marvel sequel directed by Taika Waititi after his outstanding Thor: Ragnarok from 2017, has received a full-length official teaser from Disney. The film follows the God of Thunder on a search for inner serenity unlike any other he's ever undertaken. However, a galactic killer known as Gorr the God Butcher, played by Christian Bale, who seeks the extermination of the gods, interrupts his retirement. Thor enlists the support of King Valkyrie, Korg (!! ), and ex-girlfriend Jane Foster, who wields Thor's mystical hammer, Mjolnir, as the Mighty Thor, to to Thor's amazement.

Chris Hemsworth returns as Thor, with Taika Waititi as Korg, Natalie Portman as Valkyrie, Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, Karen Gillan, Russell Crowe as Zeus, Sean Gunn, and Chris Pratt as Star Lord rounding out the group. I'm so thrilled they gave Taika Waititi permission to produce another goofy Thor film because this looks incredible in every manner, shape, and form! A hilariously creative comedy with some wild tale twists and turns. This is going to be a lot of fun.

Thor (Chris Hemsworth) embarks on a trip unlike any other he's ever undertaken: a quest for inner peace. However, a galactic murderer known as Gorr the God Butcher (Christian Bale), who seeks the destruction of the gods, interrupts his retirement. To counter the menace, Thor enlists the aid of King Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), Korg (Taika Waititi), and ex-girlfriend Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), who, to Thor's amazement, wields his mystical hammer, Mjolnir, as the Mighty Thor.

They engage on a perilous cosmic journey together to unravel the secret surrounding the God Butcher's revenge and stop him before it's too late. Thor: Love and Thunder is directed by Kiwi actor, writer, and filmmaker Taika Waititi, who previously helmed Eagle versus Shark, Boy, What We Do in the Shadows, Hunt for the Wilderpeople, Thor: Ragnarok, and Jojo Rabbit. Jennifer Kaytin Robinson and Taika Waititi collaborated on the screenplay. Kevin Feige and Brad Winderbaum produced the film. This summer, Disney will release Marvel's Thor: Love and Thunder in theatres around the world on July 8th, 2022. What's your first impression? So, who's up for it?

Jurassic World Dominion (A Success or A Flop)

A gem of work that immediately became a classic, and even though The Lost World and Jurassic World are also good films, the saga spawned significantly weaker successors on every level. Even though Fallen Kingdom was a huge letdown for most viewers, the cliffhanger finale set up a fantastic premise for the future part. How could a story about dinosaurs resurfacing all over the planet while humans learn to coexist with them fail to succeed? Sadly, Jurassic World Dominion succeeds in achieving this "feat" of failure.

This was the film the director had always wanted to make inside the legendary story, but the truth is that the most engaging and exciting portion of the premise is reduced to a brief, exposition-heavy depiction. Dominion begins up a few years after the previous film's conclusion, which means that all of the turmoil, terror, war, natural conflicts, and much more are hidden from view. Instead, viewers are transported to a time where humans have become accustomed to coexisting with dinosaurs, as well as other animals and nature. So, how did Trevorrow and co-writer Emily Carmichael come up with their story?

A basic, predictable screenplay centered on espionage and Taken-inspired subplots throughout its 146-minute length, entirely shifting all attention to human characters and putting dinosaurs as simple extras with infrequent big-screen cameos. Trevorrow crams two films into one, making the film needlessly long. Dominion commits the worst crime a summer blockbuster can commit: boredom. From a cliche antagonistic CEO with futile motivations to the terrible decision to split the cast – the original actors only meet the new ones after the beginning of the third act – Dominion commits the worst crime a summer blockbuster can commit: boredom.

Bryce Dallas Howard and Chris Pratt are embroiled in a kidnapping-rescue plot that goes through the most inexcusable areas of logical nonsense, but the main problem is the lack of effect or value to the overall story. All attempts to reclaim what they've lost have no effect on the primary plot. Only one new character would be lost if the handoff and subsequent chase action in Malta were deleted from the film - DeWanda Wise is fantastic as Kayla Watts, but she doesn't cease being just another adventure companion with no emotional development or growth. Furthermore, Dominion fails to deliver even the tensest action moments.

It's truly astonishing that a 2022 blockbuster can't harness the technology that allows spectacular visual effects to create jaw-dropping dinosaurs, whether it's due to the awful shaky cam or the incredibly choppy editing. The dinosaur action is not only scant throughout two and a half hours, but it also lacks tension, suspense, and energy for the most part. In fact, only the best sequence of Dominion manages to avoid this boring feeling: a brief scene between Claire and a very specific dinosaur species will have everyone on the edge of their seats. I wish the rest of the movies were as good in terms of technical excellence and entertainment value.

Finally, Dominion's decision to place the emotional weight of the entire plot on Maisie Lockwood (Isabella Sermon) proves to be a complete failure. Clearly, the young actress does her best with what she has, but Owen's bond with Blue, the "adopted" Velociraptor, has a lot more promise that goes untapped. The bond between Maisie, Owen, and Claire matured and cemented off-screen, pushing viewers to care about a character more than they were supposed to because there wasn't much to care about because there wasn't much to care about. Dominion closes the narrative in a horrible fashion because of decisions like this and many others... at least until a new trilogy emerges in the future.

Peaky Blinders over or is it?

The 6th season of the Peaky Blinders just dropped last week on Netflix. Originally it aired on February 27, 2022 on BBC One and the last episode was aired on April 3, 2022. But Netflix users had to wait almost two months to stream the whole season, as a major chunk of viewers of the show are on the streaming site. The final season saw Tommy (Cillian Murphy) trying to get free from all the politics, schemes and the gangster life but the more he tries to escape the more he is forced to strike back.

As many believed that this season would be the last, it was expected that after all that he went through Tommy would kill himself or be killed by either Oswald Mosley or his own cousin Michael Gray. Because Helen McCroy (Polly) died last year, the makers had to kill off her character as she died before the shooting began, this gave an angle of Michael holding Tommy responsible for his mother’s death due to his plan of executing Mosley. But against all odds, Mr.Shelby came out winning but not without suffering as he was cursed by a Gypsy tribe which resulted in the death of his daughter Ruby.

Taking place after 4 years of the last season’s finale, this season also introduced his long lost son, Duke who is the eldest of his children. This was an unexpected twist for the audience. Another interesting development we saw in the first episode is that Tommy Shelby had given up drinking completely and had stayed sober for the last 4 years because he wanted to have a clear head and stay in control.

A conspiracy is planned in which he’s made to believe he’s dying makes Tommy take some tough decisions, but it is revealed that his doctor was paid by Mosley to fake his diagnosis so he would kill himself instead of being a burden on his family. Because even he knew, only Thomas Shelby can kill Thomas Shelby. But he spares the doctor as he wanted to change his ways, now with the ending people are wondering is there another season or not.

It has been confirmed that the crime saga will continue, as a Peaky Blinders movie is in the planning stages with Cillian Murphy returning as the mafia boss.

This news have been positively received by fans all over the world, as they will get to see their favorite gangster family on the big screen. But we will have to wait and see what the Peaky Blinders have in store for us next!

Avengers: End Game

A satisfactory ending appears to be one of the greatest hard aspects in cinema. Brands burn out and lose momentum. TV series have more series than they need to, and movie franchises continue for no clear purpose other than the filmmaker's unwillingness to give up copyrights. Every now and again, though, the stars align perfectly and copyright is put to rest. It assists to have a good core literature to rely on, such as The Return of the King or Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Even those film series had expansions that were underwhelming in contrast.

The MCU does not conclude with Avengers: Endgame, but it is the conclusion of 11 years and a 22-movie storyline that began in 2008 with Robert Downey Jr.'s Tony Stark. That movie also hinted at a showdown with Thanos over the Infinity Stones. More heroes have been added to the MCU since then. Thanos ultimately appeared in Avengers: Infinity War, with the claimed objective of killing half of existence in order to restore balance and prosperity to the universe.

It's no coincidence that the original Avengers all endured the blip. As popular as Spider-Man is, and as surprising as Black Panther was, the bedrock of the MCU has consistently remained that initial gang. We've seen them deal with adversity and slight loss in Avengers and Avengers: Age of Ultron, but this once they have to face with the consequences of their mistake. The start of movie is an intriguing look at how to deal with grief and loss and how, if at all, to go on. It's not as in-depth, but it's more than you'd expect from a blockbuster film.

Ant-Man and Hawkeye were noteworthy absent from Infinity War, but they play important roles in the opening half of the film. Through his eyes, we see much of the aftermath of Thanos' influence on the Earth. Hawkeye is given a heartbreaking sequence that begins the film and leads him onto a dark road where he executes crime cartels all across the globe as Ronin. The film also does an excellent work of incorporating recent arrival Captain Marvel. There was some fear that a strong figure like her might assume too large a role in the last part of this novel, detracting from the established heroes, but this is not the situation.

The film's three-hour length is most likely due to the huge number of individuals. There are genuine personality moments for characters that the picture finds time for and benefits from. While some of it may feel like fan service, the reality is that they have invested 21 movies creating the framework with these people, and practically anything in this film rings true morally. I would say that there is very nothing in this film that could be cut to save time. It didn't seem like a three-hour movie while I was sitting in the cinema.

But, in conclusion, this film goes to the Avengers. The movie tells us why they were so appealing as a group and why the MCU has been so lucrative and beloved. The Avengers battled like a family and had disagreements, but the synergy and engagements they've had throughout all of these pictures in what will now be called as the Infinity Saga" have been the MCU's foundation through its "first three phases".

I've tried to keep this assessment plot-light. However, the film's finale more than compensates for any narrative gap deficiencies in the movie's early to mid-sections. The MCU will endure after Avengers: Endgame, but there is a feeling that it is coming to a conclusion. Everything has led up to here, the conclusion of Marvel's epic tale arc. As a result, Endgame seems very distinct from the majority of the other MCU films. Those were constructing, developing, extending, and thinking ahead. Endgame is thinking back, soaking in the vastness of it all, and attempting to weave all of the many strands into a coherent totality. And it is successful in doing so. Endgame lands on its feet and provides a suitable and gratifying finale to the "Infinity Saga".

The Wolf Of Wall Street

The Wolf of Wall Street is the first Martin Scorsese film in a long time that feels like it will join Taxi Driver, Raging Bull, and GoodFellas in the canon in a few years' time. It arrives with all the excitement that Casino did, but it doesn't quite provide what many of us were hoping for, and for some, it may take some getting accustomed to.

The tone is much straighter than we've come to anticipate, with longer, more intimate sequences and a far higher emphasis on screenplay, even though it starts with a sprinkle of the customary visual fireworks. The Wolf of Wall Street's oddest feature is also its most unusual for a Scorsese film: it's wonderfully, incredibly humorous. Another noteworthy aspect of Scorsese's 23rd feature is how effortless the comedy is, given that it is his first film since 1999's Bringing Out the Dead, which is equally rich in black humor and doesn't appear to be made to an Academy agenda. The director's early enthusiasm returns in The Wolf of Wall Street. It's a massive film, but not as big as Scorsese's Gangs of New York, and it finally feels like Scorsese is examining the material and getting to the heart of the matter.

It features an antihero who pushes us to the very limits of our sympathies, just like the finest of Scorsese's work. Jake LaMotta, Rupert Pupkin, and Travis Bickle are all suspects, but Jordan Belfort may be the worst. And it's part of the film's genius, not only in Scorsese's direction but also in Leonardo DiCaprio's untouchable performance, that three hours in the company of a man who exploits the poor and wallows in outrageous wealth whizzes by.

It's possible that Scorsese has been searching around for a change. His Personal Journey series of documentaries famously end when he began creating films himself, so he doesn't have to evaluate his colleagues, but The Wolf of Wall Street has the air of a director looking for inspiration. Not only are there hints of his godchildren Tarantino and P. T. Anderson here, but there's also a sense that this isn't going to be a conventional Scorsese film. His camera stays in place longer than it used to, and despite the trailer's suggestion of a lot of twitchy raps, the needle drops are shorter and less prominent than normal.

DiCaprio is unquestionably at his best in this film, fully commanding his range and ability. The most evident indication of this is the slapstick elements. The sequence in which he tries to drive his car on antique Quaaludes is incredible, but it's difficult to see another actor pulling it off and then flawlessly transitioning back into Belfort's public role. Belfort has gone from charlatan to evangelist by the end of the movie, and it is his messiah mentality that leads to his demise. Nonetheless, we believe it as well, and this is what the movie excels at: even though Belfort is a love rat, a drug addict, and a con guy who preys on the poor, none of these things appear to matter.

In terms of the latter, the film plays fast and loose with its morality, establishing Belfort as the narrator of his own story to the point where Scorsese doesn't react when he crosses the line, which he does frequently. Instead, he thrusts our noses into the massive mountain of pharmaceutical cocaine that was Belfort's existence for a few years. And we inhale so deeply that it is only after the comedown that we begin to think about Jordan Belfort, what he did to earn his money and what he did with it. It's hardly a surprise to state that Belfort rose to prominence because of his notoriety, but The Wolf of Wall Street joins a small group of Scorsese films (Taxi Driver, Raging Bull, The King of Comedy) in which unstable persons become media celebrities because of their crimes and misdeeds.

It doesn't take a master's degree in film studies to figure out what's going on here, which is part of what makes The Wolf of Wall Street so compelling. Scorsese isn't waving his finger at Wall Street; rather, he's wagging it at us, providing a mirror of our messed-up reality. "Humor is tragedy plus time," as Mark Twain once remarked, and as far as historical warnings go, it doesn't get any timelier than this.

Avengers: Infinity War

"There was an idea to bring a group of remarkable people to see if we could become something greater so that when they wanted us, we could fight the wars that they couldn't." With the debut of Iron Man in 2008, such a notion was created. Each movie in the MCU umbrella gives a sensation of real heroic talents to occur on their own foundation as well as partner up superhero pictures that bring a bunch of heroes together. With the achievement of these films, the MCU has grown and widened, particularly since Disney acquired Marvel to carry the superhero universe into the "House of Mouse," with each new instalment in their serial Phases sagas attempting to add a further surface to the total intricacy of this filmic universe while also providing superhero enjoyment to audiences worldwide. From the alleys of NYC in Spider-Man: Homecoming to the mythical African nation of Wakanda in Black Panther, the films have taken their audiences on enormous adventure experiences from one to the next. Now, Marvel Studios produced Avengers: Infinity War, the widely anticipated conclusion to the MCU.

Thanos, the Mad Titan, seeks the Infinity Stones that would finish his Infinity Gauntlet and thereby realise his evil dream of annihilating half of every existence from the universe in order to establish a certain harmony. Doctor Strange must preserve the Time Stone, despite clashing with Iron Man and finding a companion in Spider-Man. Meanwhile, abandoned and stranded in universe, Thor encounters the Guardians of the Galaxy, with whom he collaborates to prevent Thanos from obtaining Stones and carrying out his grand scheme. The other Avengers gather with Vision to safeguard the Mind Stone, with everyone converged on Wakanda. It's essential for all of these warriors to rise up against Thanos. However, even with these heroes combined might, it's unknown if it would be sufficient to prevent the Mad Titan from reaching his final aim.

Thanos' pursuit for the Infinity Stones and his aim of ultimate domination hits a climactic moment in Avengers: Infinity War. The film itself was a fantastic cinematic experience that delivered on its promise of being both a huge spectacle and a dramatic pivotal moment for the saga. The film's stunning graphics and an excellent ensemble of brilliant cast members portraying this cast of characters, and you have the perfect hero film.

This film completely and definitely captivated me. My hopes were incredibly great, and the film exceeded them. I haven't been that astonished and impressed by a film in a long time. It should come as no shock that I rate Avengers: Infinity War as "highly recommended." If you like the MCU, you won't be dissatisfied. Avengers: Infinity War is a phenomenally strong and enormously enjoyable superhero movie that delivers on its claim as the largest, most intricate, and most unparalleled superhero film.

K.G.F: Chapter 2 : The blood-soaked land of Kolar Gold Fields

The previous movie, KGF: Chapter 1, concluded on a high note and piqued interest for almost 3.5 years. With the release of KGF: Chapter 2 on April 14, 2022, Yash and director Prashanth Neel have once again knocked it out of the park.

After defeating Garuda, Raja Krishnappa Bairya AKA Rocky Bhai (Yash) is now the monarch of Kolar Gold Fields (KGF). Rocky has constructed an indestructible empire in KGF, according to Prakash Raj, with his intelligent thinking and quick wit. His rivals enlist the help of the great Adheera (Sanjay Dutt) to put an end to his intentions to expand his dominion. From there, it's a machismo showdown. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Ramika Sen (Raveena Tandon) is concerned about Rocky Bhai's rapid rise. The tale revolves around how they deal with Rocky.

Prashanth Neel, like Baahubali, did an excellent job of introducing the characters and plot in the first act. The second chapter, KGF: Chapter 2, depicts the opponents' inability to deal with Rocky's ascension to the status of people's saviour. In terms of story, the sequel has enough of meat, which is a great plus. Rocky simply has one goal in mind, and he has no fear of anyone or anything.

Rocky’s Introduction

Every scene, whether it's the sequence or the climax fight between Yash and Sanjay Dutt, is beautifully photographed and draws us into the world of KGF. The film's flaw, though, is its erratic pacing. Srinidhi Shetty's flashback segments and Yash's flashback sequences stifle the film's flow. As a result, the overall tempo suffers.

As Rocky Bhai, Yash is flashy. It's reasonable to say he's given the role new life and appears at comfortable when delivering the cheesy lines. He owns them, and it works perfectly. Sanjay Dutt's Adheera, who is inspired by the Vikings, instils fear in his audience with his brutal actions. Sanjay's performance is effective, even though he has less screen time. Raveena Tandon, as India's Prime Minister, gives a sincere performance.

The audience all over the world had loved the movie and the acting of the performers. The rating given to this movie is 8.7/10 and on some platforms its 4.9/5 which is quite impressive and beneficial for the cast and crew of the movie.

Why RRR is a good watch

Usually South Indian movies are famous for their over the top action sequences with one hero bashing 50-60 thugs at once, with them flying all over the place as they get hit by the hero. Along with the unreal action sequences, the dialogues, dance steps and quirky direction are what fulfill the criteria of a full on Masala South Indian film. The south industry is giving heavy competition to the Bollywood industry ever since the massive success of movies like Baahubali and KGF as they became two of the highest grossing movies of India.

The reason of this success is the huge audience captured by the south element of these movies, not only in India but other parts of the world as well. But RRR turned out to be unexpectedly different from the traditional Tamil movies as it had comparatively less of the South Indian touch.

The story is set in the 1920’s when there was British rule over the subcontinent. The cinematography, the locations and the sets used are all amazing and believable! The movie is directed by S.S Rajamouli, who’s also the director of the huge hit Baahubali and stars N.T. Rama Rao Jr. and Ram Charan both big names in the south industry. Ajay Devgan and Alia Bhatt are also seen doing cameos, which adds to the star power of the movie.

The opening scene is what will get you hooked to the movie, it is brilliantly shot and leaves you mesmerized when Raju (the character played by Ram Charan) catches a man while going through a huge crowd of protestors. The story takes a lot of turns but keeps you interested throughout as the plot is simple yet manages to capture the viewers’ attention.

It all starts when the British army takes a young girl hostage and the natives of her village send out Bheem (Rama Rao Jr.) to rescue her from the shackles of the barbaric British Governor. How it all unfolds is something worth watching till the climax.

Both the lead actors have acted really well and delivered great performances, as they play two friends who are left to question their choices and face conflicts. Ajay Devgan and Alia Bhatt have aced their parts, with less screen time but strong presence so the acting perspective of RRR is worth mentioning.

Apart from the acting, the Indian industry cannot be completed without some powerful music and dance sequences. This can be seen in the song Nacho Nacho, where both the actors have danced their hearts out and one can’t help but enjoy the groovy steps and energetic dance.

RRR was released on 25th March, 2022 and went on to do a business of almost 1,200 crores INR which made it one of the biggest movies of India. Its available on Netflix as well, so go ahead and give this movie a try and you would surely be entertained to the core.
